Gentle Bin Filler

The Gentle Bin Filler (GBF) is eminently suited for the dry filling of large cases with very sensitive fruit, such as Conference and Williams pears and Jonagold and Golden Delicious apples. Besides this very sensitive fruit, GBF can naturally also be used to fill large cases with other round or long fruit.
The GBF requires much less space than an underwater filler with water canals and is therefore interesting for customers with a limited amount of available space. In addition, from the point of view of hygiene, the GBF is a good alternative for filling large cases with an underwater filler.
The GBF offers even more advantages when it is used in combination with a Greefa sorting machine. Communication between the GBF and the control computer of the sorting machine ensures that the large cases are accurately filled to the set filling weight. Moreover, no more fruit is sent to the GBF when a large case is full or when there is no large case present.
In brief, an ingenious design, the smart use of brushes and an intelligent computer ensure an extremely friendly handling of your fruit.
