SmartSort
Quick and accurate
SmartSort sorts tomatoes, citrus and stone fruit in a quick and accurate manner. High capacity and fruit-friendly treatment go perfectly together in this concept. The sorting unit is low noise.
SmartSort works with a transfer unit fitted with «hands» which pick up the fruit from the singulator to lower them in the cups. As an option, the transfer unit can be extended to include a weighing device which weighs the fruit piece by piece.
SmartSort is composed of various modules. As a result, the unit always allows for future adaptation to any capacity and sorting possibility required. Another advantage of SmartSort is that the conveyor belts can be placed at any position. SmartSort allows for realisation of the optimum set-up within your available production space. For the actual sorting process, you can install various sorting modules on the unit, depending on the product.

Peripheral equipment
Of course, we supply all peripherals and logistic devices to complete the sorting unit, together with other suppliers if necessary. Examples are bulk bin tippers, (semi-) automatic packing units, packing belts, box fillers, robots, scales, (de)stackers, washers, dryers, etcetera.
