The QSort is your guarantee for the fast, accurate and efficient sorting of long vegetables and fruit – such as cucumbers, aubergines and courgettes – on length, weight and curvature. The QSort is very quiet.
The QSort is controlled by an intelligent sorting computer. With this computer, you can easily select the number of outputs per sorting group and the packing capacity per employee and/or output.
The QSort consists of various modules. As a result, the machine can always be adapted to the desired capacity and sorting possibilities. With the Qsort, it is possible to realise the most optimum set-up within your available production area. The carriers of the QSort are constructed from fingers. This allows the width of the carrier to be set to the length of the product. Furthermore, the pitch of the outputs is variable.

Nowadays, saving costs on personnel is very important to survive in an increasingly competitive world. In addition, it is becoming more and more important to deliver products with a constant quality, if necessary 24 hours a day. Both these problems occur with packing cucumbers, aubergines and courgettes. Greefa has created a solution for this in the form of the automatic packing unit on the QSort.
With the automatic packing, the products are aligned in the carriers by rollers that are fitted between the fingers of the carriers. The boxes and crates are automatically divided into compartments by a number of partitions. Each compartment can therefore be filled separately. The result is an evenly filled box or crate. This can give considerable savings on your labour costs.
