Besides reliable sorting units, Greefa supplies a wide-ranging selection of supporting services and after-sales. The Service Department consists of a team of professional engineers who will ensure that your sorting unit is back in operation as soon as possible in the event of malfunctions.
Our helpdesk provides support by telephone, so that any malfunctions can quickly be solved online. If the malfunction cannot be solved by telephone, a Service Engineer will be scheduled to repair the malfunction on site as soon as possible.

Service agreements
You must be able to depend on your sorting unit functioning well at all times. Problems with the sorting unit affect the continuity of your business. The Service Department provides you security. A service agreement guarantees you periodical maintenance to the system and continuity in the sorting process. Greefa has various service agreements. We shall be pleased to propose an adequate and tailor-made service agreement for you.
Training
During the commissioning of the Greefa sorting machinery we offer you the option of practical training. The training includes in-depth instruction on the use of machinery in addition to modules. Training can either be carried out on site at your premises or at the Greefa premises located at Tricht in the Netherlands. This training is always carried out by skilled experts who have proven practical experience.
Furthermore, if you have expanded the capacity of your machinery or taken on new employees to manage this, you can also arrange to have them trained by or through Greefa.
